MUSICAL HYDROTHERAPY
The charity Liquid Listening provides training to staff at special needs schools in the facilitation and integration of Musical Hydrotherapy. It has been shown to enhance well-being, improve sleep patterns, increase vocalisation as well as voluntary stretching and movement.
Experience a space for deep relaxation, for introspection and a break from the need to respond to stimuli and gravity.
The relaxation sessions take place in Hydrotherapy pools in spas or health centres.
The sessions can be enhanced by enjoying a treatment from a Watsu / Aquatic Bodywork practitioner.
